Designed to provide peak performance in elevated temperature applications, the Metal Seated Floating Ball Valve features hard faced a ball and seat to minimize wear and extend valve life. The hard face coating is applied using a High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) process and can be either tungsten carbide or chrome carbide.
Series - 150 To 600
Its adjustable gland packing box with multiple stem sealing helps our customers meet the stringent ISO 15848 fugitive emissions test requirements.
Design Features
- Simple structure, small volume, light weight
- Tight and reliable, the sealing surface material of ball valve is widely used plastic, good sealing, and has been widely used in vacuum system
- Easy to operate, open and close quickly, from full open to full close as long as the rotation of 90°, convenient for remote control
- Easy maintenance, ball valve structure is simple, the sealing ring is generally active, disassembly and replacement are more convenient
- When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat is isolated from the medium. When the medium passes, it will not cause the erosion of the valve sealing surface
